Ryan Beatty Atlanta Concert reviews
Maximum Delight
48 years later, I was able to see Ryan Beatty perform again in San Diego, but this time on the San Diego State University campus with my 18 year old freshman daughter who is now attending my alma mater. One of the best bands in the history of recorded music perform with the San Diego Symphony was a moving experience it was to see. I first saw Ryan Beatty perform in San Diego in 1971, one that I'll never forget. Sadly, without Keith and John, I was able to see Ryan Beatty perform again in San Diego. It was fantastic, with my daughter, one of the best bands in the history of recorded music perform with the San Diego Symphony. Thanks for so many years of such incredible music. My daughter was awestruck with the entire show, as was I. I was a freshman student at San Diego State University at the time, I snagged one of Pete Townshend's guitar picks as he flicked it into the audience, I still have it. What a moving experience it was to see, one that I and my daughter will always cherish. I've seen many, many great concerts over the years and while I have certainly enjoyed the vast majority of them, rarely have I been moved to tears. As Roger said, "...the music is better than ever, and it's because of Pete Townshend."
